Our Story
A little corner of Paris on the shores of Prior Lake
We wanted to build a space where time slows down just a fraction. Inspired by the quiet, sun-drenched cafés of the Marais, we brought that same appreciation for craft, butter, and conversation back home to Minnesota.
Every batch of our cold brew is steeped slowly in-house, and our beans are sourced directly from local midwestern micro-roasters who share our obsession with origin. We believe a morning coffee shouldn't just be fuel—it should be a ritual.

What our guests say
Beloved by locals
"The lavender cream cold brew is unlike anything else in town. I sit by the window every Saturday morning just to watch the mist rise off the lake with a croissant."
"As a self-proclaimed coffee nerd, their single-origin espresso pulls are flawless. The baristas actually know the elevation and washing process of the beans."
"The croissants shatter when you bite into them, exactly like the ones I had in France. This café is the absolute crown jewel of our neighborhood."
